Each Sunday, following Holy Communion, our children (grades K – 12) head to their classrooms for creative and thoughtful weekly sessions. The program—led by dedicated parents and volunteer teachers—is bolstered by ongoing music and outreach sub-programs; special events include the yearly Christmas pageant and our Holy Friday Retreat.
–Godparents’ Sunday
Each year we put aside the last Sunday of January to foster the precious relationship between Godparent and child. Our children create invitations for their Godparents to come, receive Communion with them and accompany them to Church School class for a heart-warming program on this wonderful day.
–Oratorical Festival
Each spring, our youth are challenged to participate in this excellent event. In and beyond class, our students research, compose and deliver homilies on spiritual topics. The festival is held on the parish, metropolis and national levels. Link below with 2023 topics.
Don’t disappear this summer! Our Church School runs a one-week program filled with outside fun, creative faith-based projects, music and outstanding mentorship each July. Children grades K – 12 are welcome to participate. Vacation Church School will be held during the summer months, more details will follow once dates have been selected.
